Dr. Jennifer Hallquist PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. VRS mission is to empower people of all walks of life with increased capacities to achieve better-quality levels of overall fitness, faster recovery, the ability to manage and avoid future orthopedic injuries and learn how to resolve current limitations with joint range of motion and soft tissue dysfunction that have a direct impact on training and ability to live your life to its fullest.
Ikigai is a Japanese term for "a reason for being." The word ‘Ikigai’ usually refers to the source of value in one's life or the things that make one's life worthwhile and perfectly epitomizes Dr. Jenn's approach to her own life and career in physical therapy.

Each one-hour one-on-one physical therapy session includes a systematic and dynamic evaluation. Based on this evaluation process, Dr. Jenn has a wide variety of techniques that she is certified in. Each session can include a combination of the following available treatments:
Jennifer utilizes a systematic and dynamic evaluation process that looks at the body as a whole and how and what kind of environment it interacts with in order to create a comprehensive plan of care that is unique to each individual. Jennifer’s evaluation process also helps her to determine what type of manual and/or mechanical treatments will treat the SOURCE of the pain and NOT the symptoms.
